Common questions
The hotkey does nothing.
On macOS, grant Input Monitoring when asked (System Settings → Privacy & Security). On the first conversion macOS will also ask for permission to post keyboard events. Until both are granted, the app cannot hear the hotkey or retype text. Open Settings from the menu-bar icon if you need the prompt again.
How do I convert text?
Type in the wrong layout, then press the hotkey (double Shift by default). The last word — or the selected fragment — is retyped, and the input source switches. Press again to undo.
Does it work in every app?
It is meant to work in whichever app has keyboard focus. Some sandboxed or secure fields may block simulated key presses; if a specific app fails, write to us with its name.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device: the hotkey, language, theme and launch-at-login flag. Converted text is not logged. There is no account and nothing is sent over the network.
